Steps of the selection process

We try to keep it short and simple

  • Preselection

    After you apply to our open job positions, we will go through your application and get back to you within a week.

  • First interview

    Get-to-know each other conversation with Management and People & Culture team members in which we exchange our visions of the job position and our expectations from each other.

    Duration: 30-45 min


    If we agree that we might fit, in the next 10 days we will go through the following steps:

  • Coding Session

    We use an online testing platform to evaluate your knowledge of the required technologies. We will inform you about tests and participants beforehand, and will immediately give you feedback on your performance.

    In this step, we include an interview with the future team members. With this, you can find out more about our tech stack, evaluate our approach, and also get evaluated by people you will work with.

    Duration: 90-120 min

  • Interview with management

    Short interview with General Management in which we reassure previous conclusions and alignment of our future goals.

    Duration: 20-30 min

  • Offer

    Within a day or two after the interview, we will contact you for the offer review. At this step, we do our best to align your desires and our possibilities. 

    We will discuss working conditions with you beforehand, but keep in mind that we can give you a more precise assessment only after the coding session.
